"Felt a little misled on the shipping"
I went with buybrakes.com because I recognized the brands they carry and figured it would be a safe choice. The ordering process itself was fine, but I did feel a bit misled about how long shipping would take. It ended up taking longer than I expected, which was frustrating, but the order did eventually come through

"Late delivery and not much help"
My order ended up showing up later than I thought it would, and the tracking was confusing the whole time. Seems like these online auto parts orders are always a guessing game. The brakes were fine once they finally arrived, so no issue there, but customer service took too long to get back to me. Overall, not the best experience, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

My order showed up a little later than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal and everything arrived fine, but faster shipping would make the experience better. Most people just want their order to arrive in a reasonable time, so that’s the main thing I’d improve...

I ordered some brake pads and they did show up, but the delivery took a few days longer than the estimate. The tracking wasn’t super helpful either, well, actually, it updated, just not very often. The parts were fine once they arrived, I just wish the shipping had been a bit more reliable.

I was having a hard time tracking down brake parts for my older truck around town, and buybrakes actually had them listed and in stock. that’s the main reason I went with them. Checkout was simple, and the parts showed up like they were supposed to. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d probably order from them again if I need something that’s tough to find Locally.

I ordered brake pads and rotors i was half expecting some kind of disaster with wrong parts or missing pieces. But nope, everything matched my car exactly like it said it would! The box had every single item from my order, nothing missing, nothing weird. I was so relieved I could’ve thrown a parade in my driveway. Super happy with the whole thing.

I’ve been driving with these brakes for a few months now, and they’re still holding up really well. They feel solid, and I haven’t noticed any weird noise or uneven wear so far. Brakes are one of those things I don’t think you should cut corners on, since it’s not just about you but everyone else on the road too. Overall, I’m really happy with them

The brakes just don’t feel as strong as I expected. Stopping feels kind of weak, and I’m not really happy with them so far. What makes it more frustrating is that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to, which just adds to the disappointment.
